- Speedboats operate from March to October only.
- Single travelers will be charged the cost of 2 persons for boat transfers if no other guest shares the boat.
- Children of 12 years and above will be charged at the same adult price.
- Boat departure is subject to tide, as such timing of arrival and departure are based on tide levels.

Important Notes
-Rates quoted are on a per room, per night basis with 2 breakfast and Wi-Fi.
-Penghulu’s House, with 2 bedrooms includes 4 breakfasts.
-Extra bed inclusive of breakfast – RM150/night.
-Extra bed is available for children between 12-16 years old only.
-Check in time: 2.00pm.
-Check out time: 12.00pm.
-Japamala Resort requires a deposit of RM500 per room per night on check-in.
-From 1 September 2017, all foreign passport holders will be subjected to a mandatory tourism tax of RM10 per room per night.
-From 1 February 2022, all guests will be subjected to a mandatory Sustainability Tax of RM3 per room per night. This tax is an implementation by the Pahang State Government.
-Strongly recommended that travel and trip cancellation insurance is purchased.
-Japamala Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment during guests’ stay.
-Not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expenses or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control.
Parents of children staying at Japamala Resort accept full responsibility for their children. The property features elevated boardwalks and is set in a fragile rainforest environment and therefore it is imperative that children are supervised at all times.
