2D1N Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort Tioman Package (2023) 

-Official check-in time is 15:00 p.m and Check-out time is at10:00 a.m.
-Early Check-in & Late Check-out are on request basis subject to availability. A surcharge of 50% for the room rate may be imposed.

No charge for children below 4 years of age sharing with parent or guardian on the same bed. Maximum 1 child per room.

-No refunds and amendments are allowed once full payment is made.
-Deposit will be non-refundable when customer requests for cancellation.
-Any amendment or postponement made 30days before arrival date is allowed and will be charged RM50 per person for admin fees.

Accommodation rates stipulated in this contract are applicable for the specified business types and geographical market only.
Business type:
FIT – all programmers marketed to leisure oriented, no-group affiliated travelers
GIT – ‘Group Itinerary Tours’ booking for a minimum 10 rooms with tour code/group name, same arrival flight/check in and check out dates.
Tour Codes as stipulated is a requirement when submitting reservation requests in order for the correct rates to be applied to the booking.

1 complimentary twin room will be accorded within every 10 paying GIT rooms in a single group.
Complimentary rooms are non-accumulative, non-exchangeable nor transferable from groups to group and apply strictly for GIT business only.
Complimentary rooms for other business types where applicable, are to be based on separate agreements.

1 complimentary twin room will be accorded to the driver and tour guide within every 10 paying rooms in a single group.

-All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10nett per room per night.
-All the above rates are quoted NETT inclusive of relevant taxes, non-commissionable and in Ringgit Malaysia.
-All accommodation rates per room per night inclusive of breakfast.
-Extra bed is chargeable at RM170net per bed per room per night.
-Room rates offered are applicable only for bookings made directly to the hotel via the office of your esteemed company either by facsimile or email.
-All room bookings will be held until 6.00pm
-Room rates as offered are not to be published or posted via the internet.
-The hotel reserves the right to adjust or revise the rates.
-The hotel reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time it deems fit to do so by serving a notice of not less than 30 days to your company.
