TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Surcharge on weekends (Friday – Sunday) and school holidays applied: RM110 per pax
2. Super Peak Season Surcharge on during Eve & Public Holiday and long Weekend holiday applied: RM140 per pax
3. Every Saturday served BBQ Dinner. During the Long Holiday / School Holiday BBQ Dinner is Served in alternate day.
4. Check-In Time: 03:00 pm, Check-Out Time: 10:00 am.
5. Late Check-Out: 03.00 pm – RM150 per room applied.

Day 1 :

Mersing - Pulau Tioman

(Dinner) Customers assemble at Mersing Port and depart to Pulau Tioman. After check-in to resort in Tioman Island. Free & easy. Customers are welcome to walk on beach, playing cards, playing chess, resting at the beach and others. After a lovely day, customers are invited to have dinner

Day 2 :

Pulau Tioman

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) After breakfast, customer are prepare for Island Hopping Snorkeling trip. Explore the beautiful and mysterious under water world with colourful fishes and coral reefs including Marine Park. Lunch will be served. After a wonderful snorkeling trip, customer will return to resort. Free & easy. Dinner will be served

Day 3 :

Pulau Tioman - Mersing

(Breakfast) After enjoying the breakfast, take the time to snap more memories photos while waiting for the ferry to return from Pulau Tioman to Mersing Port. Upon arrival at Mersing Port, customer will return to their home

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

-Official check-in time is 14:00 hours and Check-out time is at11:00 hours.
-Early Check-in & Late Check-out are on request basis subject to availability. A surcharge of 50% for the room rate may be imposed.

CHILD POLICY (2-12 YEARS OLD)

-Each room must be at least with 2 adults paying full fare then only follow by child fare.
-Child for 3-6 years old – paying 50% of adult rate
-Child for 7-12 years old – paying 80% of adult rate.

ROOM DETAILS

-Comfortable quad-share bedroom for a well-deserved sleep
-All rooms have attached bathrooms
-Clean blankets
-Pillows, bed-sheets, towels.
-Twin-share rooms can be arranged by request.
-Safety box, water kettle, hairdryer, and body shampoo are available ONLY in Deluxe Double room.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-A towel is provided for each person in their room. However, it is not changeable during the trip as water is a precious resource in Pulau Aur.
-Due to the effects of tides, timings for snorkelling and hiking activities are not fixed
-A life jacket is provided and is compulsory to be worn throughout snorkelling activities.
-Resort personnel’s advice should be sought for the timings to snorkel at the house reef.
-It is not advisable to snorkel alone for safety purposes.
-Fish feeding is not allowed as it’ll cause disruption on the ecosystem.
-Non-biodegradable sunscreens are not allowed to be used.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Saturday Night Auto upgrade to BBQ Dinner (FOC)
-All accommodation rates are quoted NETT and open for Malaysian and General Public
-All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 -Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017.
-Please note that these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable as an additional upon check-in.
-All price quoted are inclusive of 6% SST (Sales & Service Tax)
-The resort reserves the right to change snorkelling trips for other recreational activities with the same value.
