IMPORTANT NOTES

1. CHILDREN RATE(4-11 years old) FOR PACKAGE

• Children sharing same room with Adults – Child Rates Applies

• If Children not sharing with Adults – two children will be charge full Twin Adult rate.

2. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

• Check In: after 12.00pm | Check Out: before 10.30am

• Any request for check-out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion.

• If extend check out time to / after 3.00pm, there will be a nominal charge of RM100 per room.

3. MARINE CONVERSATION FEES

There is a Marine Conservation Fee of RM 10 per pax (Local) & RM 30 per pax (Foreigner). The price is subject to change.

BOAT SCHEDULES & RATES

Adult (RM110 per pax) / Child (RM95 per pax)(4-11 yrs old)

(Boat journey takes between 45 mins to 70 mins; depending on sea conditions)

FEB 14^th – OCT 31^st (ALL SEASON)

Mersing Jetty to Pulau Besar 12.30 pm only (1230 Hrs)

Pulau Besar to Mersing Jetty 10.30 am only (1030 Hrs)

4. BOAT CHARTER RATES

Mersing to Pulau Besar RM 600 per boat per way ( Max : 10 pax)

* The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather and tide conditions.

* The resort will not be held responsible for any delayed on arrival due to flight delays or rescheduling, or any delay in 3rd party transportations for whatever reasons which will subsequently missed our 11.00 am boat to the resort. Those who missed the boat will have to charter their own boat.

* The resort will not be held responsible for any missed transport connections, whether flights, buses, train or any 3rd party transport, resulting from delays in the boat transfer arising from weather, seas, winds and tide conditions or/and due to any unexpected mechanical breakdown of the boat.

5. ELECTRICITY

Please be inform that there will be a daily 3 hour power cut-off (03.00pm – 06.00pm) for the off-peak months of February, March and October. There will be 24-hours electricity from April to September unless due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
