REFUND & AMENDMENT POLICY

1. No refunds and amendments are allowed once full payment is made. 2. Deposit will be non-refundable when customer requests for cancellation. 3. Any amendment or postponement made 30days before arrival date is allowed and will be charged RM50 per person for admin fees. 4. No refund will be made in whole or in part for any unused days, unused activities booked, unconsumed food and other add-ons like candle-light dinner or room decoration at the resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who do not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.

Arrival

-Upon arrival, Welcome to Krabi Airport -Meet and greet with tour guide at Airport -Pick up from Krabi Airport - City tour (Mosque, Marine Fish Rehabilitation Center, Sightseeing Kao Kanab Nam) - Acc. at hotel in Ao Nang Beach - Relaxing as per your leisure time -Dinner at restaurant / Hotel (Halal Thai food) -Overnight in Krabi

Day 2 :

Full day tour

Full day tour

-Breakfast at hotel -Jungle Tour Hot Spring & Emerald Pond 08.30 am. Pick you up from hotel’s lobby 09.45 am. Arrive at Hot Spring relax in the unseen juggle bathtub with temperature about 40 - 50 the degree Celsius .Aside from the hot springs there are hot water pools which make like spa system, good for relaxing 12.00 am. Have lunch in a restaurant in front of Crystal pool‘s entrance 13.00 pm. Start hiking into the rain forest which many natural springs and pools along. The largest pool called “Emerald Pond” never dries up 14.30 pm. We will visit Tiger Cave,which was inhabited by the last tiger of Krabi, is now a Buddhist temple famous for meditation 16.00 pm.
