1. No refunds and amendments are allowed once full payment is made.
2. Deposit will be non-refundable when customer requests for cancellation.
3. Any amendment or postponement made 30days before arrival date is allowed and will be charged RM50 per person for admin fees.

1. Personal/group travel insurance is advised.
2. A towel is provided for each person in their room. However, it is not changeable during the trip as a means to conserve the water. There is no government supplied water in Pulau Aur.
3. Due to the effects of tides, timings for diving, freediving, snorkeling and hiking activities are not fixed
4. Resort personnel’s advice should be sought for the timings to dive, freedive, or snorkel at the house reef.
5. It is not allowed to dive, freedive, or snorkel alone for safety purposes.
6. Life jacket is provided and is compulsory to be worn throughout snorkeling activities.
7. Fish feeding is discouraged as it’ll cause disruption to the ecosystem.
8. Non-biodegradable sunscreens are not allowed to be used.
9. There is no network coverage for Celcom, Digi, etc. Only Maxis has 3G coverage and it’s not too stable as well.
10. Gilligan’s Dive Resort and Scuba Ace reserves the right to amend the prices and packages without prior notice.
11. Foods brought in by guests that require cooking will be subjected to a cooking fee.
12. Drinks brought in by guests will be subjected to a corkage fee.
