(9) Postpone case RM 130/case will be imposed provided by the support document. The new travel date must be in the same year before the Island closing.
(10) Cancellation requested would be cchargedas below:
a) More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total fare or deposit whichever is higher
b) 21 days to 29days before departure: 50% of the total fare
c) Unider 21 days before departure: 100% of the total fare
